HAM Cooking AND CHILLING : A CONTROLED PROCESS, CYCLE AFTER CYCLE
The Thermix™ system is a fully automatic cooking/chilling process from product shaping to demolding and storage of the finished products. It ensure product integrity and production flexibility at a high rate of flow with total safety and product traceability.
• The Multimolds system ensures uniform cooking and the regularity and dimensional accuracy of the processed products
• Its built-in Logi-Flex handling line ensures a continuous flow of products at a regular rate of 3 to 8 T/h (6 500 to 17 500 lbs/h)
